"Recently moved to the area and was transferred to Sunny Hall. Perla was helpful at first but went downhill after we agreed to a policy. While going over our quote, Perla did ask if either of us had been in a accident to which I said yes. She did not mention that there would be a surcharge added. It wasn't until after we received our new bill that we noticed the surcharge and after a call with her she admitted she should have told us that there could have been one. Honesty goes a long way with my decision making and I am bummed to have left State Farm. Looking forward to coming back one day but it will not be with Sunny Hall. On the other hand, Valerie is fantastic and is beyond helpful. She is a true asset to State Farm."
